Aadhar Foundation is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery for underserved and marginalized communities across India.
Aaadhar Foundation is dedicated to bringing together resources, ideas, and social support to positively influence the social determinants of health.
On 9th November 2014, a group of seven committed individuals came together with a shared resolve: to raise community awareness about health and nutrition, strengthen the performance of the health system, and engage policymakers through learnings and experiences from the ground.
Our journey began in Pimpri Andhale, a revenue village with a population of 1,200. Through regular health camps and capacity-building initiatives for Anganwadi Workers (AWWs), we laid the foundation for community-centered health improvement. The COVID-19 pandemic became a turning point, inspiring us to expand our focus toward emergency services in public hospitals and broader health system strengthening.
Since December 2024, Aaadhar Foundation has been actively implementing health system strengthening projects to create sustainable impact and resilient healthcare structures for the future.

Collaborating with institutions that share our commitment to equitable healthcare access.
